Pricing and Charges
Offers
Offers may apply to certain services or members of staff only. We will attempt to publicize such information, but cannot be held responsible for any error in doing so. Hype Coiffure management and team reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw any offer, promotion, or these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice and at their discretion. You should revisit this informational page or ask in-salon should you require more information.
Most complimentary hair products will be of trial size and are given as an introduction to professional products. Please inform your stylist/therapist if you are pregnant, taking medication, have allergies or any other medical condition that may affect your time at Hype Coiffure salon.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Hype Coiffure Gift Vouchers can be purchased in £ sterling only. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in Hype Coiffure salon and cannot currently be redeemed online. Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on services in salon. Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. All refunds of goods or services purchased with your voucher will be made in accordance with Hype’s refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Hype Gift Vouchers expire 12 months after activation. Any balance remaining will be reduced to nil and forfeited. Risk will pass to the customer upon receipt and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Hype has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of receipt. Vouchers which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Hype salons.
Bookings
We may request a booking deposit to reserve the time of your appointment. The cost of the booking deposit will be deducted from the total bill of the appointment. This deposit may be refunded if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the starting time of your appointment. We can only accept cancellations via phone. If you fail to notify us of the cancellation at least 48 hours before the starting time of your appointment, we have the right to keep the booking deposit.
If you wish to cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. If you have paid a booking deposit your monies will be refunded as long as you haven’t exceeded the required cancellation period. Should you wish to reschedule we will do our best to accommodate your needs but we cannot guarantee a minimum waiting period. Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments will be asked to pay in full when booking for a treatment or hair service.

Model Policy
We require models for our trainees and juniors in order to improve their skills. The services are priced well and they are full observed by a qualified member of staff as and when required. We do not offer refunds or alternative service for services undertaken as a model.
Our Model Policy is applicable on booking an appointment as a model for our trainees or Junior staff at our Salon.
